The product was fine but I returned it. The window that's in the side of the cover can't be closed. Although its useful to pass in food and other items if I can't close it then I can't prevent cold air going in. Therefore I returned it.In the description they use note that the window can't be closed shut. I wouldn't have bought it if it was mentioned.
