It is the only tent I could find witha drop down window to play "business" with in orderto "sell stuff"and "complete business transactions" (play money used).My 10 year-old grandson said it was just what he envisioned. It arrived on time and could easily hold 3-4 children ranging in age from 3-10. Pop-up was easy, folding back down a little more tricky.
It was a huge hit with the birthday boy and his 3 younger siblings.
