i purchased this item as a christmas present...when it arrived there was no bubble wrap or protective plastic, just a cardboard box....it came from the bean bag store....it has many rough edges, splinters, little cracks in the wood....it is an unsafe toy for young children....upon requesting a return from the bean bag store i was told i would have to send pics of the damages....i would also be charged a restocking fee....i was totally unaware of this fee.....the shipping fee was over $18.00...i will never do business with this company again....this is a warning to other potential customers to beware of hidden fees and damaged products...Click Here to see more reviews about: Melissa and Doug Fold & Go Dollhouse
