The photo of the chair makes it appear that the cushions are blue and the wood is oak. It is not. The cushions are seafoam-green and the wood is natural/pine. I am also disappointed in the inflated price of the chair-$630 discounted to $299 then $199. After I ordered it I looked on the BabyAge website and found it $194. So where did $630 come from- I guess they are trying to make it seem you are getting a great deal.It is a comfortable chair a little wider than others.Glides nicely and works well to nurse and rock/glide my daughter to sleep.
The other thing I would caution parents is that my toddler seems fasinated with the bottom of the chair and puts his feet and hands inside the bottom part.This could result in a serious injury.I have seen other gliders where the whole bottom is enclosed or covered with a solid piece of wood to avoid fingers/hands getting in there.
Lastly, the cushions are a little rough and more difficult to clean- marks seem to set in and are hard to remove.
